Our Center

Columbia Vision Correction is a division of the Department of Ophthalmology at Columbia University in New York City. It is a specialty ophthalmology practice, which is staffed with several board certified ophthalmologists. Our ophthalmologists are highly trained in laser refractive surgery. In fact, our doctors have trained hundreds of other physicians to perform laser vision correction. Last year, Columbia University became one of seven national sites conducting clinical trials on the use of LASIK to treat hyperopia. Our doctors also specialize in cataract implant surgery, and corneal transplant surgery.
