On Aug. 21, U.S. - based stargazers will witness a total solar eclipse, a once-in-a-lifetime event for many. And while this event is one which to look forward, there are a few safety precautions to keep in mind to best enjoy the experience. That's why we remind you to never look directly into the sun as it can cause retinal burns with last damage and even blindness if done without the right sort of protection.
